No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients:
3 Crumbled BeBold Bars
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cover with melted chocolate
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together
- Chill mixture for about 1 hour
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls
- Refrigerate or enjoy immediately
