After founding Stacy's® Pita Chip Company and helping to reinvent the way people snack, Stacy is at it again with the creation of BeBOLD bars - wrapping simple and delicious into one great bar.
David Adam Lowe - Co-founder
My DAD - Lifelong Red Sox fan, diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Sitting at home? No way…throwing out the first pitch at Fenway in front of 30,000 fans… that’s Bold.
Dave is a life long entrepreneur. Mowing lawns, paperboy, ice cream guy in high school, then in his 20s became “psychologist turned snack-fooder” when he helped start and build Stacy's® Pita Chip Company. Sounds a little odd, you bet… “Only one who attempts the absurd can achieve the impossible”.
Time to be bold.
Maryn Robinson - COO (AKA Chief Bar Maker)
When the BeBOLD lights go out it is now time to chase around my 2 legged and 4 legged family. When their lights go out it is now time for me to get my BOLD on. Saturday night make-up is my way to show that life is there to be lived.
Maryn Robinson was brought on to be the COO of BeBOLD due to her extensive knowledge in manufacturing, R&D, quality, contract manufacturing, and commercialization in the CPG world. Maryn has a Food Science degree from Purdue University and has spent the last 20 years working on Stacy's Pita Chips, Quaker Oats, and Frito-Lay for PepsiCo and has most recently worked for Jim Beam doing Small Batch Bourbon commercialization.
David George - Staff
DG’s Bold is that he sold his restaurant to move halfway around the world to pursue the woman he loved. DG is married to an amazing Lebanese woman and lived in Byblos, Lebanon for 2 years. His wife showed him the beautiful countryside, the ancient cities, and the gracious and hospitable Lebanese people. Let’s also not forget their scrumptious foods.

David S. George “DG” has been working in the Food and Bakery business for over 32 years. DG has vast food production equipment experience. He has worked for Near East Bakery, Stacy’s Pita Chips, Frito-Lay, ALLCANEAT Foods, and owned Uncle David’s restaurant and is now back with Stacy and David at BeBOLD.
James Grimes - Director of Sales
My BOLD is checking out and going to concerts covering different genres of music! My highlight was the opportunity to meet KISS!
James joined BeBOLD bringing with him 20 years of experience in the food/beverage industry. He began his BOLD journey into the food/beverage industry with BJ'S Wholesale Club holding Senior mgmt. roles in Operations, Merchandising, and General Manager. With a passion to introduce emerging and disruptive food/beverage products to the market, he moved to the sales side of the business with the Club broker team. His last several roles have been in National Sales and Product Development with 4 food/beverage manufacturers ranging from fresh to the center of the store grocery categories.
Adriana Mancuso-Moniz - Marketing
My BOLD is making the decision to both own & run Ivy & Web and homeschool my children. I am on the administrative board of their homeschool co-op and am honored to be able to teach, grow and provide over 50 students with amazing educational experiences!
Owner of Ivy & Web Creative Collective, Adriana joins the BeBOLD team with an extensive knowledge of branding, design, & marketing. Having worked with Stacy on her juicebar project for 5 years she is excited to take on the new challenge and BeBOLD!
